There is a way to safely practice yoga while honoring your body and finding peace of mind.

I'm here to help you.

My classes are designed to be a safe space for people, regardless of their body shape, size, or abilities. The classes cater to all experience levels.

In this class, I strive to honour everyone's unique needs by offering explorations and variations of poses to support functional movements while staying anchored in the present moment. You'll deepen your understanding of anatomy, postures, anchoring techniques, and relaxation practices.

We flow through poses to enhance functional long-term mobility, with options tailored to help you explore how your body moves. Experience the joy of moving with ease in Body Harmony Flow Yoga.

I am here to guide you in building the knowledge and skills necessary to tailor your yoga practice to your needs. My goal is to empower you to connect with yourself and discover a quiet moment in your life – because isn't that what we all yearn for?

I believe in fostering a supportive and nurturing environment where everyone can participate, thrive, and have fun. My classes are infused with compassion, empathy, kindness, patience, sensitivity, gratitude, and humour.

Join me on this journey where joy, self-discovery, and well-being are at the heart of every class. I am here to support you through your yoga practice.

Hola, I am Varenka and I am very happy you are here!

I am an inclusive and body-neutral yoga teacher originally from Mexico City and have beem living in Canada for 19 years now (time flies!).

I have taught and practiced yoga for over 15 years and I am extremely passionate about helping people enjoy the benefits of yoga while working within the capacities of their bodies.

I help people discover that yoga is much more than the poses, that it IS an accessible practice to them.

Through my years of practice, various yoga trainings, injuries and body changes, I've developed an ample vocabulary of ways to adapt poses
so you are able to connect to that moment of quiet.

I cannot wait to share this journey with you.

I was limited in mobility, and Varenka was very attuned to my needs as well as the needs of everybody else in the class. It was such a big eye opener of how yoga can help me, especially when presented to me in the right way and Varenka did an amazing job at sharing her knowledge and her understanding in a way that I was able to receive it and feel comfortable doing so.
